Thank you for choosing to book your appointment with us online. Please take note of the following terms and conditions:

  1. Full Payment Required: In order to secure your appointment, full payment is required prior to the scheduled date. Payments can be made conveniently through bank transfer or via Stripe.

  2. Payment Methods:

    • Bank Transfer: Please ensure that payment is completed before your appointment.

    • Stripe: If you choose to pay via Stripe, transaction fees may apply.

    • Cash: You may be cash to your appointment to pay however please bring the correct amount as no change is kept onsite.

  3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change. However, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid any penalties. Cancellation or no-show of an appointment within 24 hours will result in the charge of 100% of the consultation cost.

  4. Extenuating Circumstances: In case of unforeseen circumstances, we may exercise discretion regarding the cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations.
